Before coming to Apex: He was a police officer in Raleigh, was In Raleigh for 4 in half years. Worked in field Operations and then Special Operations for an impact team.
Became a Police Officer because: His father was the chief of police and his grandfather was fire chief for 50 years.
Favorite Movie: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
Thoughts on Apex High School: Very big. Wide open campus. Becomes a concern because students can walk out on many doors.
Other jobs: He worked both high tech industry with DuPont for about 10 year.
Special hobbies: Like to hunt, fish, coach Basketball and Soccer.
Pet peeves: Smoking because people have to spend money and spending so much time devoted to smoking.
Rewards: Won an award last year, received the Jan Parker Award from a group called Safe Kids. And a 3 year achievement award.
Being a High School student: He was captain of his soccer team and was involved with art.
Advice for students: Realize that there is life tomorrow and life for you will continue after High School. Don’t get in trouble if it’s hard to get out of, make good choices.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a cop: He was offered a full scholarship to being an attorney but didn’t accept it.
